Ken was accosted by a reporter and told the man he was like a concentration camp guard. To which the reporter took offence. Ken said he intended to offend him. The reporter was Jewish.
There was a lot of hoo-ha and Ken was told to apologise, which he refused to do. So he was suspended but this morning he was cleared because it isn't against the law to be rude to someone.
And if you don't care, why do you read the question? Silly boy.
