This letter comes very quickly to you after reading your response on (Luck).
To me personally luck is phlegmatic and can lead to precarious ways especially in gambling; However, the odds are always in your favor depedning on how you structure yourself arouns your daily activities.
Foe example...if you are an early bird and like getting out like on a Sunday Morning to wash your car or truck in a wash bay and look down by the coin machine and notice a 100 dollar bill laying there. Well it happen to me. Luck is very real, but it also has allot to do with how often you walk outside of your domain!

I always sleep on the side closest to the entry door.
I'm a former Marine and always put myself between any possible intrusion or attack and my loved one's. (Old habits never die).

I don't think it is taboo to sleep on left or right side. I don't put much faith in old wives tales. I used to sleep on the left side and then I met my husband who likes the left side. I now sleep on the right because I didn't care enough to argue about it,so long as I could sleep in the bed (lol). We have been married for 23 yrs,so no taboo there.

I sleep on the left side of the bed. Heck! That explains why I must be here. How do I get the right side of the bed now? (Just playing - I get your point).

LOL well it depends on how you look at it. If you are standing at the bottom of the bed facing it then I sleep on the right side. If you are laying on your back facing the ceiling then I sleep on the left.

Well, when I sleep ALONE (which is most of the time now since I'm divorcing ;) I sleep smack dab in the middle....
And when I don't sleep alone.....oh, wait... It's just my daughters trying to get as close to me as possible, and I'm now *stuck* smack dab in the middle!
When I was happily married, I slept on the right - looking up from the foot of the bed.

Facing the bed, I sleep on the LEFT!!!
But, there is a lot in my life that is taboo so I guess it is how things in my life are anyway ;)

"Taboo" means "forbidden" not "bad luck". In any case, I do not believe in luck. I actually rather pity people who allow superstitions to govern their lives.

Its actually customary for the man to sleep closest to the doorway...sort of like the "cave opening"...he is better able to protect his woman from intruders.......
