My ipod is frozen. it dies eventually, and then i have 2 plug it in 2 charge it again... but it never finishes charging. so i unplug it anyway and it freezes again! what should i do?

Press and Hold down: PLAY/PAUSE and MENU Simultaneously!
That will reset it!
Then Begin again!
If you are using you iPod on a P.C. This Freezing is More Likely to happen!
However,On a Mac this is Not Normal!.
You could maybe have a faulty one!
If in Doubt return it to the Retailer from where you purchased it or an Apple Store!

Send it back to the manufacturer and see if they can fix it.

iPods are really bad, you should just trhow it away and get a ZEN
