Terminal means a junction having a single deadline. For e.g Thane. There PF 1 is a dead end. But all other line procced further.
Terminus means a junction with a total dead end. Journey beyond which is not possible. e.g CST, Churchgate

Both are same. Terminus is used for rail/road end point e.g. Victoria terminas.Terminal is used for air station ect. like City terminal, Santa cruze terminal.

Terminal - means a stop point.
Terminus - means a main junction, where finally ends & starts also.

while TERMINUS means.....
last stop,station,end,end of the line,finishing point,boundary,limit

One is a HUB with an END, and The Other (Terminal) is a HUB with Outgoing as well as Incoming !
