You might just have to keep using neutralizers until it decomposes totally. Sorry.

If your floor is completely sealed, the smell must be coming up from somewhere else, possibly gaps round skirting boards, room vents etc. If there are any gaps anywhere, try sweeping bicarbonate/baking soda (available cheaply in small tubs from any store, problably where they sell flour etc) into them. If you have vents that have front plates that can be removed, put some in there as well. Bicarb is really good for removing any odours - I learned about it when I had my baby and it gets rid of sicky baby smells brilliantly.

the smell will go away eventualy . as the carcase dries out .
Use several of the de-oduerising (airwicks )
around the smelly area.
Open the windows so you get plenty of air circulating
Raw onion !!! (chopped up and put in a saucer )
this is a way of absorbing paint smells and should work well in this case .
No need to prize the floor boards up ..
I hope this will work soon for you
Poor wee mousey {^..^}

Yeah, there isn't really anything you can do right now but try and mask the odor with carpet or airfresheners & candles. It will take a little while, but it will eventually go away. I had one get stuck in one of my walls one time...I could hear him trying to scratch his way through the wall all night long--it drove me crazy! Then one day...nothing, followed of course by the smell. Just try what I said and give it some time. Hope this helps!

unfourtinatley i have not found anything else but time time for the mouse to completly decay..taking the floor up is the only option other than a good rat dog like a terrier jack russel works best but if he cant get under the floor you will just have to wait.

Sounds like your going to have to wait for the mouse to totally decay or talk to people who laid your floor down maybe they can just take up that area and then replace it but it will cost you.

I killed a mouse last night. It ran across the kitchen and I instinctively threw the roll of bin liners I was holding at it. Hit the wee thing and killed it. Possibly out of shock.
Nowt to do with answering your question, but I had trouble sleeping last night with a guilty conscience. Seriously.

try and throw some lime through the gaps.Should decompose fast with no smell. In the mean time, watch out for flies that may emerge from the floorboards, from the maggots.

Put a kipper down the back of a radiator - that will soon detract from the poor mouse's rotting odour....

All you can do is get rid of the mouse.
Otherwise, you'll have to allow decomposition to take its course. Eventually, the smell will go away.
