Do we all feel similarly when we were angry,shock,shy,sad,happy,emba... and scared? How did emotion come about?

No. Each person feels at least somewhat differently. Some for example are highly sensitive to shock (perhaps because of some trauma). Others are highly developed in loving and feel more deeply than average. And so on.

Have you heard of manic depression (or "bipolar") people? That's a condition where the person's highs and lows of feelings are both much more extreme than for most of us. One example to show you what I mean.

Each person feels emotions differently. For example, there are some very calous people who can carry out the most gruesome tortures without the blinking of an eye. These differences may be partly genetic and partly on a person's environment while in their formative years.

I don't think that this question can ever be answered, for how can we ever know what another person really experiences?

A lot of emotion is the body's chemical response to the situations in which we find ourselves.
