No! It will keep going and going. Not to mention you will always be wondering in the back of your mind, where is he? Who is he with? No, move on! If anything, you guys get along, just be friends, hang out, but don't expect to exclusive.

It isn't about how many times he's done it. It's about whether he's comitted to never doing it again. Cheating can and should be forgiven but that doesn't nessisarily mean taking the person back. You have to use judgement. Maybe take a break to see if the person is sincere. Talk with him about why he cheated. Be patiend and help find a solution to the problem, if he is genuinely interested in making it right. But if he refuses to get his act together, you should move on, at least until he does (if he does).

hell no no matter how much a person loves another there is no way to cheat on a person 3 times if he can do that then he really dosen't care sorry

If a guy cheats more than once then definitely dump him. He's gonna do it again especially if you keep forgiving him and going back to him.
