Question: how come most gay men are just looking for sex?
My answer was this:
The word gay has been hijacked by homosexuals and it is a great pity - as gay should mean as it used to mean happy & go lucky and gay - it is a nice word that has now been soiled. Other words that have been blighted by homosexuality are girlfriend and boyfriend, husband and wife and Fiancé fiancée as many people are now using this politically correct non-gender specific term PARTNER which I loathe and makes me want to say ''Oh!" What business are you both in ?" Although I am perfectly aware that partner has more than one meaning - I just want to provoke people that are weak and use this kind of parlance. What you need to do - is deal with your fear of women - homosexuality in my humble opinion is nothing more than a phobia - quite a few times now I have come across so called homosexuals and lesbians who have become friends -CONTINUED IN ADDITIONAL NOTES THROUGH LACK OF SPACE

Actually they only really read about 1% of the violations. The rest is done by a program. Its really the other users who will be to blame for you being in violation, they report you & you get kicked off. Simple

(A) That wasn't really an answer to the question. The question was "how come most gay men are just looking for sex." (which, btw, is itself a bad questions, because it makes too many assumptions). Your answer ignored that question and went off on a tangent about how the word "gay" was hijacked by immoral people. *shrug* I'm not big on censorship, but you really didn't answer the question.
I'm guessing it was reader censorship, not Yahoo, though.
Just a note, before I let you go. Before you decide that homosexuality is against the pattern of "nature" you might want to do some research on homosexuality in animals. The fact of the matter is, homosexual behavior occurs *through-out* nature (especially in conditions of crowding, such as that in American urban centers), and therefore cannot really be said to be a deviation from normal behavior.

Funny how you are receiving more answers under 'Anthropology' for this question than you have under 'Other-Family & Relationships' and 'Yahoo Answers' combined.
And yet some 'gay' person or their 'partner' decided that your answer was not condusive to their happy place and they reported you. Yahoo! deleted your answer without checking it first, as they always do. Are you really surprised? This question is in 3 different categories and it's still up. Why? Because most people in these categories aren't so easily upset and aren't going to report you.
And oh, to HarriettPotty - as you stated that you will not speak for Baitersinspace but only for yourself, who do you think he was speaking for when he answered the bloody question? You have just spouted off just as much self-proclaimed righteousness as you are accussing this asker of doing. Should you be reported?

Why?
Simply because you didn't answer the question. You didn't provide an answer to the question why most gay men are just looking for sex. On the contrary: you started to argue the point that the word gay was hijacked by homosexuals, which is an entirely different matter altogether.

Primarily they aren't! Someone else was offended and reported you and they just clicked the button and poof your answer was gone and you were sent their form letter and your points deducted.
I too was PUNISHED and got a letter. I did nothing wrong at all.
Just someone didn't like my answer and reported me.
I honestly think that there are so many being reported that very few are complaints are actually looked at by yahoo!
Don't take it personally. Too many kids running around here without parental supervision making it hard for us that really take time to answer questions. They just give stupid answers and report others.
Hey it's all subjective anyhow. People don't really pick the right answer, they pick the one they wanted to hear.

everybody is in recent times. the two that or they're obsessed on stirring human beings up. Edited: The area with stirring human beings up became no longer meant to recommend that the poster of the unique question became doing it. purely that some human beings of the internet community are doing it, frequently, rather interior the case he pronounced. no longer him. Sorry if it sounded otherwise. desire I cleared this one up now, it wasn't my purpose to bash anybody :(.

They also delete posting regarding very bad service about themselves.......I was trying to answer a post regarding yahoos crumby service...and went to submit..it came up that the question was pulled for violations....yet there were no cuss words nor any deragetory racial comments.

Basically when someone doesn't like what you tell them they click on "report abuse" I don't agree with some of your points, but I'm not going to report you for abuse. It is your opinion and i respect that. I was reported yesterday when someone was whining about their life acting like it was over because her boyfriend was 21, and since she was only 16 her parents wouldn't let her see him. My answer was deleted due to profanity. tell me if you think this is too bad for this site.
"You need to Cowboy the f up and realize that your parents are looking out for you. you don't need to be with a 21 year old loser who goes to the high school to pick up girls anyways"
I fail to see how that was too profane to say? Bottom line, i understand why the guidelines are there, but some people really need to cowboy the f up!

I think the majority of people still rightly consider homosexuality to be deviant behavior. I am grieved that Yahoo! is not among the majority and has decided to stand against Christ ordained sex between a married man and woman.

I dont know why it was deleted. However maybe you could consider this: It is, for me, and could be classed as being prejudiced. In our country gays have rights like anyone else, but yet are still awaiting law on becoming recognised as being a couple for the purpose of legal marriage. Marriage is legal. Legal is political. God is not Political...we are all of the wonderful great souce of love....uncondtional and non judgemental love.
Tolerance. Acceptance. Allowance. Trust. Faith.
Every one is looking for sex...sorry to be the bringer of bad news here....but it is true. The kids of today do not have 'boyfriends' like we did, they have F.... Buddies. They are looking for sex. Not just Gays lol.....everybody....except maybe you and me. lol. So you have segregated people as hungrey mongers looking for sex, and not only that taken away the privilage they have with all of us, to enjoy a life being human.
But I do not see the word Gay as being soiled, but a way of life. Gay people want what gay stands for: freedom to live their own lifes choices in the way that they choose without judgement and intolerance. This is what Gay means yes Joy of life......... This judgement and intolerance comes from people.
Partner is a term as used by choice as what feels right for that person, how they perceive partner is none of our business. More to be concerning self with elsewhere.
No words have been 'blighted' by homosexuality. In fact they are people too. With spiritual needs and emotions because they are flesh and blood with lots of living life force energy just like you and me. Who are we to judge them? Send this area of your life light and love and allow blessings to come your way. Show your grace and ethics through love and tolerance, compassion and consideration for your fellow man.
Empathy instead of sympathy is what we need to focus more on. I empathise with you....however, what I empathise is something that is not of my consciousness and you need to do some self love work so you can be a light to those you meet, and not get so caught up in the misconceptions of others fears that have conditioned you into being a party to this 'fear' that only exists within yourself and not other people. I will not speak for others, but I will speak for myself.
The point is...one can only speak for themself...but a victim will choose to follow the herd behaviour and make some one else their scapegoat. This merely stops one from doing the obvious 'inner work' otherwise the experience would not be in your life for you to perceive it the way that you do.
