signing a petition will not change the price.
If you buy gas they will not lower prices. Gas guzzling vehicles, luxury rides in vehicles and gas cards are the things making gas prices so high. I they think you can't do without it they will charge what they want. And if you act like you can't live without it (filling up your tank and driving around for no apparent reason) then they will still charge what they want. People need to get a grip and realize that we are driving prices on the gas, not the gas companies.

Next, let's do a little math exercise. An average person drives about 12,000 miles per year, let's say. Let's go on the low end and say a car gets 20 miles per gallon. That means that this person would use 600 gallons of gasoline per year. Now, if prices were to go down $0.50 per gallon, this person would save $300 per year, or $25 per month. If prices were to go up $0.50 per gallon, this person would pay $300 per year more. Is this unreasonable? Does $25 per month really have that much of an impact on your life? If so, perhaps you need to reevaluate your other expenditures, and engage in a little budget analysis.

It is impossible for prices of daily requirments to go down. We are a consuming generation, so it is difficult to have the prices go down of daily things. In today's world, we need gas and oils more than we need air.
