Andre The Giant vs Samoa Joe (In this case I would say Andre wins this one. Given that in Samoa Joe's prime he couldn't beat Hulk Hogan and Hogan is the only person to slam Andre with pure power. Andre's power is so much more overpowering than Samoa Joe all Andre has to do is hit him with a big boot and a slam from the upper heimisphere and Joe is down for the three count)
Sabu vs Shawn Michaels (This match actually happened and Shawn beat Sabu. It was an amazing match two different styles its just that Sabu couldn't handle the Super Kick from Shawn with the Second prettiest eldow in all of WWE history (Frist Macho Man).
Brock Lesnar vs Chris Benoit (I also think that this match has happened but not really sure. But as much as I like Lesnar and his F5 I have to go with Benoit. Yes given that Lesnar was a mat wrestling champion in college/high school Benoit can out mat wrestler Lesnar if he can almost beat Bret Hart. Benoit can counter just about anything into that Cripple Crossface and Lesnar would be tapping out.)
JBL vs Undertaker (This match has also happened before a few times. Yes JBL had to cheat to beat Undertaker but JBL is to cocky for Undertaker not to beat and send on the Long Ride. Undertaker is the suppeiour wrestler and has beaten him like a bad step child. Undertaker wins)
John Cena vs Stone Cold (Stone Cold has this match. Cena is to noble to cheat and Stone Cold doesn't care. He will reverse that FU into the Stone Cold Stunner and then open up a can of Whoop A$$ afterwards as well.)
Triple H vs Randy Orton (This match just happened on Raw and Triple H has beaten Orton on every attempt he has had. Triple H is two much for Orton as we all have seen. Triple H goes old school on Orton and just embarsses him everytime they wrestle.)
Batista vs Goldberg (This is a really hard one because I like both and they are complete powerhouses. But I would have to go with Batista on this one because he is so much more of a beast than Goldberg and isn't afraid to cheat. Also if Triple H can't kick out of the Batista Bomb then Goldberg has no chance.)
Ric Flair vs Chris Jericho (This is sort of a mis-match but I have to pick Flair because he is so experienced with 16 titles. Jericho is to cocky in the ring and will forget who he is wrestling. Flair will put those chops on Jericho's small a$$ do the strut later on in the match and put him in the Figure Four and have him tapping out before Jericho can get close to putting the Walls of Jericho on or even the Lions tounge.)

These answers are based on if they were to wrestle in the prime of their careers.
Samoa Joe - Andrea had size, but Joe as an amazing agility
HBK - Hands down one of the greatest wrestlers, fought with both brain and speed, Sabu's endurance would wear out before Shawn's
Chris Benoit - Brock Who? Benoit is a master on the mat
Undertaker - In the prime of his career without cheating he was unstoppable
Austin - I give him a slight edge, but that would be a good one
HHH - Orton was good, but HHH knows what it takes to come out on top
Batista - Goldberg has three moves, no real wrestling potential.
Ric Flair - Jericho's good, But Flair isn't considered an icon in this business because he was good. He is one of the greatest...

Andre: too much for Joe to handle
Shawn: too unpredictable in extreme matches
Benoit: Just better period.
Deadman: JBL is a punk.
Stone Cold: Then have a few beers afterward.
HHH: Been there done that.
Batista: better wrestler all the way around.
Flair; because he's the dirtiest player in the game.
