explain breifly how the good lawyers perform

They know the areas of law they practice in, they are competent advocates for their clients, they make sure their clients understand that a lawyer has ethical obligations that place limits on what they can do even if the client insists on some illegal or unethical act being done. They would never work for GWB.

A good lawyer is a man or woman with good will and ethics toward all. A good lawyer should be honest with ALL people he/she is in contact with and not just look for "loop holes" to spring clients through to get the win.

There is a need to get money out of the justice system so that she may wear her blind fold properly.
