The air is compressed and which coming out of the entrance the velocity of the air is much hinger than the velocity of the air before entering the entrance

tAs the air is conoressed, the pressure is built on the particle availalbe in the air so which literally increases the velocity of the air

air particles compete to all go through at the same time this results in a lot of friction thus the air heats up proportionally; the impact of the air on the entrance also results in some kind of noise/sound being formed

if the gas is allowed to enter a smaller entrance the molecules of the gas will mix with the molecules of air.Since air is composed of many gases the concentration of he specific gas will increase hence raising the temperature and pressure in the small entrance.
