I think it started when the white people got rid of the Indians and saw that Black's didn't get the diseases the Indians did. And ever since then they are discriminated.

It's always been around.....people discriminated against religions, race, what they ate, countries..ect.
And for people to think it can be legislated away is just fooling themselves...it will always be here....not the type of discrimination you are used to...but other ways....such as smokers, clothing style, hair style...ect.
