First find out if this is a side effect of the sterilization and if so how long will this last.
I learned in psychology that one of the treatments is the stop method. What you do is at that point when you feel it is going to happen you or your wife sqeeze it to make it stop and then start again. Overtime you will learn how to stop it on your own.
A sex thearpist would be your best bet. You want someone who is an expert with this. I don't know how long it will take for you to learn to control it. A thearpist I am sure can give you an idea and other methods to use.
Hope things get better for you and thank you for putting your questoin up in a respectful manner and correct terms.

Go see your doctor and don't be shy about this. Just talk to him and only he would know. Why do you sterilize at 31 years. Pretty young.

Call your doctor darlin.
Though if I was your wife I would like the idea that I got my man so turned on that he couldn't even get his pants off in time.
Geez if this small thing that can be fixed is affecting your marriage...... sounds like their is more to it. specially if you got sterilized for her, and this is a result of that.

He feels like he's merely toying with you. He sounds like he merely desires to renowned how some distance he can pass into breaking you down till you eventually say you have had adequate. i do no longer think of he's the spectacular one for you, sweetie. there are a number of worthier men obtainable which you would be able to go with, yet heavily no longer this one you're conversing approximately. over the years, you will overlook approximately him. do no longer subject. you may love him despite the fact that if it does no longer propose which you would be able to no longer placed that love onto somebody else greater worth. superb of success.

See a marriage counselor and a sex therapist.
I can relate to what's going on with you. There is treatment. Talk this over with your wife, and see the counselor first.

You should go to your doctor and discuss this with him / her immediately. Normally, a doctor should discuss all the possible side-effects with you before any procedure.

I had a vasectomy, and it caused no effect on my sexual functioning at all. What you are describing sounds quite abnormal. Yes, you should definitely talk to your doctor about it.

Go back and see the doc who did the surgery. He'll be able to advise you better than anyone here.

Better consult with your doctor, and I don't believe that you can do anything about this on your own.
