Well, considering the fact that I live in Japan, well within striking distance of their missiles, I feel ahhhhh........ill at ease!

I feel they want to be what the west calls powerful. Across the board we are not on a level playing field and we all want the ball.

its a comon knowledge, and its hard to stop someone from having it, especially if they dont have any oil.
