yes. because it allows you to be free. a humble person appreciates the good things in life and does not need to brag to other people. Usually, a humble person is confident and does not need other people to validate them. People like to be around a humble person because it is so much easier to be yourself. Being too competitive is a sign of insecurity. Most people feel they have to prove themselves all the time. As long as you like yourself, you will be humble and happy.
