What current fashion trend annoys you the most?

I personally have a lot of irks about what people wear nowadays. Personally for me, it's flip flops. Guys, and mostly girls, wear flip flops so much that, eventually they just give up, and everything they choose to wear with it starts to look bummish (i.e: pajama bottoms, linty hoodies, excessively faded or ripped jeans).
Sometimes flip-flops should be limited to the beach or in domestic places. I knew a pretty girl who always wore them and she would always lose her flip flops when she ran. She also started having strange fungi growing in between her toes. (She would pick at it and then lick her fingers after eating!)

ANYWAY, tell me what trend is awesomely grotesque.

I'm with you, flip flops should be reserved for summer time wear with very casual outfits. And lounge wear shouldn't be worn for everyday use.

Ultra low rider jeans, she bends over you see her crack, and it pushes the skin and fat out in every direction.
Skirts and dresses over pants and leggins.
Crocs (and other plastic chunky shoes) paired with skirts and dresses.
Strapless tops and dresses with bras that aren't.
Ultra mini skirts and shorts.
Platforms.
Sequins during the day.
Skinny jeans.
Tapered jeans.
Socks with sandals.
Men wearing white socks with dress slacks and shoes.
Men with big bellies wearing shirts that don't quite cover it.
Those pants and shorts with sayings on the back, like "Sexy" or "Babe" espicially on older women.
Women wearing clothing 2 sizes (or more) too small.
Guys wearing their clothing 2 sizes (or more) too big.
Muscle shirts.
Big, gaudy gold necklaces (or lots of them.)
Spandex or lycra when she's not working out.
Leg warmers and leggings, I can't belive they are coming back.
And of course, the horrid hairstyles. The mullet, the bouffant, overly bleached blonde hair, to name a few.

I could go on all day!

Big baggy long shorts that hang halfway down the wearers behind. I always they look like they could not afford to buy a pair that fit and had to borrow a pair from a much bigger person. They make skinny legs looks even skinnier and fat leg are screaming help!

I love the fact that you judge people solely by the way they dress, because it makes me feel like a better person, since I don't. I don't follow trends, but I don't abstain from wearing trendy clothing if I happen to like it. I wear whatever I feel like wearing, and if it's trendy, fine, if it's not I really don't give a damn. It irks me that something so trivial as clothing can irk you, because that indicates to me that you are an extremely uptight jerk.

Skinny Jeans and Pants - they're everywhere! Magazines are making you feel like an unfashionable shlump if you wear anything other than skinny jeans. You have to be thin to look good in them, and let's face it, not all women are skinny enough for skinny jeans (I know I'm not).
