This is a common problem, most of the scummy look is lime, use Vinegar to clean first then Window cleaner.

Dry the glass doors after shower is the best way to keep the glass looking clean all the time. I personally cannot stand the smell of commercial cleaners and most of them will do the trick.

The trick is to clean it every day.

Clean it well once and then.....you don't need soap or anything, just a towel and dry it off quickly every time after shower and wipe the other side. It is a job of one minute per day and you'll see it won't become dirty again.

How to Remove Soap Scum From Shower Doors

Soap scum is a white, waxy buildup that forms on your tiles and doors. In combating soap scum on shower doors, an ammonia solution has the double advantage of being both an effective glass cleaner and a strong all-purpose cleaner.

Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. Does a nice job without a lot of effort. Worked for mine.

You can also get a squeegee to use after showering, wipes drops off quickly, no drops, no water marks.

there are special detergents for shower doors & tiles. Check at your local supermarket. The dirty look comes from mill-dew build-up. To help the situation further, wipe the shower with a cloth where the water splashes after you take a shower. The milldew forms from the drying os the soapy water.

There's a thing out now, by scrubbin bubbles, I think that automatically sprays down your entire shower once a day, and is supposed to keep it looking 'new' - I've never tried it, (I have pets, and they drink from the shower floor) I just wipe my shower doors down every shower with the towel, when I'm done, so no glop remains on them.

I heard this on the radio the other day. They said try WD-40. I tried it and it works!
First clean and scour as usual, then the WD-40 prevents the scum and junk from sticking. Everything just rolls right off.

Once you get the lime scale and soap residue off of it, try applying Rain-X once a month. Works wonders!
