Excuse the graphic question, but I need to know..... What chances do we have of conceiving from the fluids from a man that come before he ejaculates?

If he truly pulled out before ejaculating then the chances aren't that great. Perfect withdrawl is actually 96% effective in preventing pregnancy. The problem is perfect withdraw is nearly impossible.

Its very possible to get pregnant from the pre ejaculation. This also contains sperm. So if you are ovulating around the time you have unprotected sex then its very likely.

low, I've heard there is no sperm in there, but I'd rather be safe than sorry. If you don't want to get pregnant, either don't have sex or use lots of protection.

It can happen. But the chance is rather low. If you are really concerned don't risk it. Use a condom.
