NO!
You need a Fine Oil (Like Peanut or Fine vegetable oil)
And Only Use Oil if the Leather has a Permeable membrane(i.e the Oil will be absorbed!)
You also need to wear the shoes Prior to Oiling as this warms up the Leather and will make it absorb the Oil easier!
