Hi

I know exactly what you mean. It strange because I'm going through this at the moment. I have a boyfriend of 5yrs and he's a DJ at a strip club, and even though i know he's not the type that would pay for those types of things and isn't into that stuff, i still can't come to terms with the fact that he's working there and that there are all naked girls walking around and dancing to get money from other men.

Have you been hurt by an ex in the past? Because that's when it is hard to trust a man. It is very hard to judge when a man's telling the truth or not. But what can us women do? I'd just say, go with your gut feeling. I've had to do that now, even though it kills me to see my boyfriend walk out the door to go to work!

Do you think I'm doing the right thing? What would you do?

sounds like you've had some negative experiences in the past with men. Know this, no matter the gender, there are people who are going to be dishonest with you for one reason or another. BUT there are a lot of good people out there, as well, but they don't seem to stick out in our minds like the negative ones do.

It's good to trust your gut instinct. Follow your heart. If something sounds too good to be true, more than likely it is.

I also cant trust men but only because i have been hurt in the past but with some time you will come around and trust someone,i guess they will have to show you they can be trusted.

4 years ago I came out of a very bad relationship. It took me 3 years before I could even start to put any trust in women. In the end you have to let people earn your trust. So far only one, none family, woman has earned my trust. She is now my bestfriend.

HI
Well yes it sometimes is hard to trust a guy because guys are so sneaky and stuff but if you really love the person you should at least give him another chance! just because one person has lost you trust doesnt mean you have to distrust every new person that you come in contact to.

as i am male i believe you should trust only the close male friends or partners dont trust outsiders unless you can get to know them first most men are untrust worthy most just want to mess about with peoples feelings as in some men just like to get along with, and be friends and maybe much more just becarful in the selection of men you go for

After being hurt several times, it's only natural not to be able to trust men. And you don't have to! At least not at the beginning. I didn't trust my husband first, but then, he proved to me that I can trust him.
Just give yourself and the other person time.Keep your eyes open, and let him prove to you that there is nothing to be afraid of!Give the man who deserves it a chance!

first of all is it just men you dont trust or everyone because i used to think that i didnt trust men but i really dont trust anyone the reason for this is because it helps me not to get hurt its like a defense so that when someone does something wrong i already have it in my head that i expected something like this to happen and usually it softens the blow

Men are very good at lying, they are so convincing, they even convince themselves they are saying the truth, but there must be some goods out there somewhere!
Good luck in finding him, but needle and haystack comes to mind!
