Well, you know how it rauins all the time in Seattle... and bad weather has a depressing effect on people. Plus you have to stay inside all the time, and there's only so much you can do in your parents' basement.

That's been going on since long before the Seattle scene.
Maybe they all wish they were Pete Townshend or Jimi Hendrix.

For alot of Seattle musicians,grunge is a lifestyle of crime and rebellious action.

Because most of the musicians I know are INSANE.
I think the vibrations from their guitars has rattled something lose in their heads

In some cases its because they aren't very good at playing guitar and they need a gimic. In others their doped up on heroin, and in others the voices just won't stop coming from their Stratocasters unless I burn them! BURN YOU BASTARD BURN! Oh....sorry lost my head there a minute...do you hear that voice too?
