Vesical means urinary bladder. Retro vesical space is situated inside the urinary bladder, at t he bottom , just behind the opening of the bladder where the residual urine - a very small quantity of urine will be present after normal voiding .

Retrovescical space is the space just behind the bladder. It is extraperitoneal. In males it`s the space between bladder and rectum. In females it`s the space in between bladder and uterus.
