I think John new exactly what was going on in the Greenhouse, that's why he laughed when Eddie asked him what they were going to blow up. I don't think he was THE pot farmer, but he's not stupid, he knew. And they probably randomly found out Eddie was a cop by the computer .
As far as how John got in the wheelchair....I don't know. Another one of Lost's little mysteries.
I do think last night's episode was the best so far though.

Color me naive but I don't think John knew what was going on in the greenhouse *but he did know the "family" wasn't using the fertilizer to blow anything up..so go figure* Maybe he really thought they were growing nice non cannibus produce :D
I thought the two guys *from last season..the ones who trailed him after his father faked his death* would be the ones who put Locke in the wheelchair :(
But yes, that was a great episode last night! Polar Bears, Imploding hatches and a naked Desmond..oh my!! >)
Edit: Just a funny thought about Desmond. Remember when Hurley asked "So the explosion blew your underwear off??" or something to that effect? My guess is he was going commando all those years anyway. It's not like there were a lot of people there with him, right?! lol Sorry, my sick little mind at work again.

i could not in any respect flow so a concepts as wishing john Cena lifeless/ injured it is in basic terms ill and tangled up. Im no longer a fan of John Cena both and that i do not whine and whinge about the very truth he's or stands proud because the international/ wwe champion. even notwithstanding he truly isn't the excellent wrestler i have seen. i do not blame him for the PG era both I blame that on Vince McMahon he has no idea what the followers want those days. and that i do not comprehend why human beings take it too a concepts yet perhaps they are too stuck with hating him that they do no longer comprehend this is only a gimmick and he truly is an ok man or woman.

He wasn't a pot farmer....he really had no idea what they were doing until they got on him about letting that cop in. Wonder how they found out that guy wasn't a cop? If I had to guess, the real pot farmers got mad at Locke because he didn't kill that cop and beat him up, causing him to become a quadriplegic. In any case, that was a GREAT episode last night!!

I kind of thought that they were growing somethin, didn't buy that explosions story. The cop knew exactly what was supposed to be in the greenhouse.
As for the wheelchair, I've been wondering that myself. Every time I thik they're going to explain it, the writer's say "Ha. Not this time."
I guess we'll just have to wait, but what's up with Desmond?
