I lived in Catania, on the east coast of Sicily.

If you are familiar with the San Francisco Bay Area, the winter coastal weather in Sicily is like that...wet, cool (between low 60s and high 50s). Inland is not so wet, but the temperatures are more extreme.

In the summer it gets hot and dry, but not extreme along the coastline. Inland is another issue...very hot and very dry in the summer.

Like anywhere, weather is difficult to predict, but Sicily is very moderate in the winter, so it will most likely be in the 60's/70's, cooler at night-50's.
