Been wondering this, why don't they send you one email and then no more until you visit the question? (Basically like a forum does)

Sending all the emails must soon start to clog up the net!!!!

That is a great question. I think it would be a very good idea if they sent just one email saying you have at least one answer and then no more until you view that one answer. Good suggestion. Submit it to them and see what they say.

When you ask the question, you have the option of unchecking the box to send all the replies to your mailbox. If you're asking an intelligent answer that only a few people who actually know what they're talking about will answer, then usually it's best to get it in your e-mail.

If on the other hand you're asking a public-friendly question that anyone sittiing behind a keyboard can answer, then it may be best to uncheck that box or you'll all of a sudden have 85 e-mails arriving to you.

Toodles.

I've set my settings to not send me any emails telling me I have answers. I just check it on my own.

Not a bad suggestion. But you can control how you recieve notifications thus limiting the internet traffic.

they used to send me e-mails for my questions but they don't anymore. i don't ever uncheck the box. maybe they are just picky on who gets them now or something. i have tried to figure out what is going on but i am not for sure what is going on. if i find out i will let you know! holly
