I really don't feel like it...but will the exercise make me feel better?

Excercise won't make you feel better. If being ill makes you feel or not feel like certain activities it is your body's way of communicating... it needs rest. So rest up for a day or so and then you will be ready for your run...

Jogging is not a real strenuous excercise and if done in a moderate pace I don't think it would hurt you. If you want to jog go ahead, but if you don't feel like it you probably could use the rest. Remember no matter what you do the cold still has to run it's course.

It won't make you fell better at the time.
I always exercise and play footy when i've got a cold, you sweat so much of the crap out of you and you get better quicker.

Probably make the cold or your head hurt really bad, I would walk if nothing at all.
