fish oils are rich in Vit. A, which is essential in having good eyes and skin, also contains Vit. E which fights free radicals that causes damage to your cells or making you grow old.. fish oil is good, but anything in excess is bad..

Fish oil contains vitamins A&D which are fat soluble vitamins. So it is good for the vitamins A&D deficiency.
