if i understand u right .. u can get your own free email if u have your own website, with your own domain name ... and to do that u ither get one for free ... but this will let u get a website under their service .. eg. (www.myworld.8m.com) then u can get an email .. onlime@myworld.8m.com ..
Or u can buy a hosting plan as low as $4/month .. check this (try http://www.freeservers.com ) ..
