Its not manslaughter ... why are people not punished properly!?

coz 4 the simple reason since this wishy-washy new labour bunch upset 2 many judges, the CPS, the Police with trying 2 stream-line our Laws with European Law & now our Law is so fiddled about with, it's left room 4 variations on Murder/manslaughter.
Prisons R over-crowded coz some1 4got 2 add new 1's 2 cope with more criminals in light of DNAs conclusive proof.
Cold cases can only B covered if the Prisons places R free, which doesn't ease the already growing prison population bursting at the seams!
In some manslaughter cases they can get Community service, tagging or a supervision order, hence leaving spaces 4 the worse prisoners.
Build more prisons & they wouldn't have had 2 dumb down murder!

thats a good question and really people do things different in there countrys so what you need to do is ask a teacher or google to find out because thats the truth
