No he cant, Voldermort created 7 horcruxes which are things that hold a piece of your soul after u have killed somebody so until harry destroys all 7 of them Voldermort is immortal and even when he does destroy them how will he get Voldermort to drink it?

But seriously, he would have to get Voldy to drink it multiple times, once for every split-soul he has scattered around the wizarding world and I don't think even Lord Dingbat would be dumb enough to do that......
