in answers click on "my Q&A" then click "edit my info" in the box under your name and you have three choices there 1. no pic 2. yahoo 360 pic and 3. use your avatar..........

its sounds like u dont use Yahoo! msgr then use it if u have one then when in the chatting or IM some 1 c in the right a small arrow then click it and select dsiplay my Avatar and it also automatically put to ur yahoo web sites tooo!!!
