It might be easiest to copy and paste it into Word (there's more flexibilty there) by highlighting it with the mouse, right click, copy, open Word, right click, paste, make sure it's highlighted in black, then go to Tools, Letters and Mailings, Envelopes and Labels. On the dialogue box make sure the envelopes tab is the one you are seeing, and that your address is in the box, then press print, inserting the envelope in the printer the way they suggest.

I import the address database to Open Office ( http://openoffice.org ) and print from the Office application, for better printing, more control, ability to edit on the fly... no corruption for the web, no virus, etc.
