"It's all fault of Bush and his crimes not religion's. "
To that poster, go take a history class. Bush didn't start all the wars; he didn't start anything close to that. I may not like him, but you're giving him too much credit here. Wars have been fought over religion innumerable times over the ages.
As for the original question, I do believe that wars can be caused by almost anything. I don't know if it's the fault of religion as much as it is the fault of human nature.

Because the followers had influenced each other that the people following the other religion are bad. The people had different interpretation of the other religion so wars occur.

Because religion dosent automatically guaruntee all your actions will be good. And most are actually as much about territory as belief.
If youre gonna hate religion, find a good reason because this is not a good way to judge ppl's beliefs. i.e. by the actions that are as much about pps passions, as they are the actual beliefs that are non-related to war.

Because there is not only one religion therefore beliefs differ. Everyone wants to be right and some will go to any lenghts to push their beliefs over others.
