Are you licensed? When you renew you will have to disclose your conviction. If you are not licensed you will have to include all info with application. It's up to your State Board (AQB). It depends if it was real estate related. If so probably not. I would hire an attorney if it was not real estate related.

Depends on the state but in California I think about 90% no you can't.
