Why? Do you have a fish that is too posh to push?

No.
Since livebearing fish have different reproductive systems than humans it would prove impossible. Add to that the fact that the majority of fish are egg layers, then it makes a caesarian even more unlikely an option for, say, a pregnant lemon tetra !!!!. ;-)
Larger animals like sharks, whales etc could possibly be given a type of caesarian if they are struggling with giving birth, but obviously this would have to be done in captivity.

Depends on the species. There are over 29,000 species of fish, making them the most diverse group of vertebrates.

First of all, the eggs of the fish can be fertilized either externally or internally. We have an oviparous kind of fish when the female lays the egg and then the embryos in the eggs develop and hatch outside the female's body. Then, we have an ovoviviparous fish when it keeps the eggs inside of the mother's body after internal fertilization. Each embryo develops in its own egg and the young are "born alive" like most mammals. Some species of fish, such as various sharks, are viviparous wherein they allow their embryos to stay in the mother's body like ovoviviparous fish. However, the embryos of viviparous fish obtain needed substances from the mother's body, not through material in the egg. The young of viviparous species are also "born alive". You can perform c-section in both the ovoviviparous and viviparous since their youngs are "born alive" like most mammals, but of course, there are those factors to consider too like the size of the fish and practicality.

Most fish lay eggs but some like guppies and mollies are live bearers (they give birth to about 30 or 40 tiny little fishies called fry). And nope I don't think fish can get a c-section.

I would say no.
Fish lay eggs, and don't have living young inside them (like mammals do). A C-section is performed to get the live young out, but because there aren't any, a C-section couldn't be performed, according to the definition.
Also, fish are so tiny that I doubt any vet would be willing to operate...

Hi, not sure if they can. But, I normally see them getting the 'I-section' everytime they get into our kitchen and onto the chopping board.

I don't believe so, I believe the females lay eggs for the male to fertilize.
