I am not so crazy about that particular look. I love wearing skirts and like the way my legs look, so I don't necessarily want to cover them up in pants. If I need to be warm, I just wear tights and boots.

I think that it looks cute on kids but when it gets to adults, I don't think it looks too appealing. You said it seems like a new fashion statement? You must not remember the 80's, huh? Or maybe you weren't even born yet . . .

Depends on what kind of person they are. If it is somebody who is obviously goth, because they have a red and yellow mohawk, no it really wouldnt be very attractive. But if it were someone who has long blond hair that flows in the wind, THAT'S HOT!!!!!!

You mean tights under skirts? I think it looks great when paired with tall boots....but when it's worn with flats, sandals or any other shoe....it get's kind of weird....

im a woman and i wear skirts over jeans and i think it kick but!but thats just my style. i also love them over leggns, no im not goth!
