I recently got caught in a time warp.The 80's music brings me fond memories of high school years! Some of the songs I was mad about during those reckless years :

Okay - I turned 20 in 1982, so I'm older than the rest of the respondents, but I loved the same music! Bon Jovi, Ratt, Limahl,
Journey, Duran Duran, Kaja goo goo (spelling?), Phil Collins with
Genesis, Triumph, Blackfoot, .38 Special, Rossington Collins Band, Damn Yankees, Night Ranger, The Oak Ridge Boys, Alabama, Billy Squier, Kiss, Styx, Kenny Rogers, Bob Seger,
Winger - & on & on!!! As you can see, I range from pop (Banarama & the Bangles) to Country to Rock - I'm still like that!
Great question - thanks for the trip down memory lane!!! I know I listed the artists as opposed to their songs, but I usually bought & listened to the entire album, back then!

thats funny ,,, i have sirius satelite radio in my truck, and on the way home from work this morning i heard one of my favorite songs from the 80"s hair band time. and it was RATT (Way Cool J.R.) and now im home and i see a question like this, so i had to answer it, i think i was 14 or 15 when it came out. infact i took my RATT cassette on my school trip to D.C.. i remember i took 4 cassettes with me on that trip, RATT reach for the sky,Tesla great radio controversy, G"N"R lies, and i think the other cassete was OZZY. im 31 now and i still like alot of the 80"music.. cant say im too crazy about g"n"r now (mr. brownstone) and (night train) are the only g"n"r" songs i still like

i was born in1982 so i love journey reo speed wagon bob seegar the outlaws lenard skynard poco abba megadeath bon jovi my older brothers loved the hard rock stuff i loved country western and my younger brother liked rap so mom would be like going crazy listening to all that diffrent music blaring from out stereos from our rooms

lol I wasn't even born yet but my fave 80's music is by like ACDC and Metallica. They both rocked so hard and way ahead of their time like and justice for all.
