hi, yeah i know of a guy called Darren who goes to most VW car shows around the midland and south of the country - he is a Raleigh fanatic and sells all sorts of Raleigh parts and memorabilia.

i'm afraid that's all the info i can give you now - but i have noted your name and if i find his contact details i will let you know..

other than that you could try contacting organisers of some of the VW shows (Dubfreeze, VW Action etc) as he pays to sell and have a stall at these events - they may be able to give you his details or pass on a message.

hope this helps..

Hard to buy a good custom bike anymore, now days they throw them together and sell'em quick. Poor welds, no torque wrenches, etc. Most don't have much of a warrantyif any at all. Buy an assembled bike, get the warranty, got problems, go to the dealer.

You've gotta check out Battistinis - anything from one-off parts, to complete bike builds. They've had many of their bikes featured worldwide in magazines and on television.
