problem is is you can get a violation notice for chatting on here, no biggie though really, just over the course of time if you see a screen name that has answered a few of your questions in a friendly manner you can always e-mail them if they provide their e-mail addy or im someone if they have that listed as well and just send them a hello how are you message and thank you for your response, they also might answer your questions and say feel free to contact me if you have any further questions,it might take a little bit of time but if you want to get to know people on here it is the best way, you can kind of figure out a little bit about people by paying attention to them and the things they say and the questions they ask and the way they respond to other peoples questions, so my best advice to you is just give it time, you are not going to be able to chat with every single user here on Yahoo answers, there are way too many, and plus a lot of them don't want to chat, and then also a lot of them are just jerks that you really don't want to take the time to get to know anyways, well, best of luck to you

Try practicing by chatting to the mirror - gives you an idea why you don't have much friends!
