Where can I find a restaurant in Central London which offers a good taster menu with wine to match the food?

I want to treat my mum to a special meal when she comes down to visit.

Club Gascon, although it's slightly further east in Farringdon/Smithfield area. It's not too far from the city centre, 5 minutes in a cab.

The food is, as the name suggests, from Gascony, France, and they specialis in foie gras dishes if that's your thing.
