On Final Fantasy VII for the Playstation I’m displaying the Menu screen going to Item then down to Omnislash, Catastrophe, Cosmo Memory, All Creation, and Highwind but messages appear when trying to use them on the characters there meant for. When bouts can I use the Items to learn the Limit level 4.

kYLE answered saying “After your characters learns all lv 3 limit breaks then they can learn lv 4”. Does he mean after all my characters have learnt all Limit level 3 then I can use Items for Limit level 4?

He means that when a character learns both of her/his Level 3 Limit Breaks, then they can be taught the Level 4 break. You can do this one character at a time, e.g. teach Yuffie her level 3 breaks and then her level 4 break while someone else is still on level 2 break. Its relative only to that particular character.

Also, try gamewinners.com or gamefaqs.com or email me if you are having trouble finding/using all of the Level 4 limit breaks. Good luck!

That's right! The only way to get them to learn those is the way described above. And the only way to get them to learn higher limit breaks is by battling and defeatin enemies while using the current limit breaks yer characters have. I did it easy on my file by using Aeris. While she was on my team, I used her limit break that allows the other characters to fill up their gauges. That way they can use their own limit breaks faster and gain new techniques sooner. I kept Aeris in the "fury" status so her limit break gauge filled faster. Make sure yer characters defeat enemies while using their limit break techs and, also defeat some enemies normally in the mean time. If you no longer have Aeris in the party, well... tough luck. he-he Still, you could always keep all of yer characters in the "fury" status to speed things up.

Playstation, PS2 and PC, you don't need an emulator because there were a few copies of FFVII for Windows. I'm not sure what Windows mine was made for, been ages since I played it but I play the Ultima version on Vista perfectly.
