Samsung E530 I've had mine nearly a year and never had any problems with it.

My buddy just got the SonyEricsson K800i. It's has aoutofocus and a pretty sweet phone. Like carrying around an actual digital camera. High quality pics.
I'm waiting for a device that will have a seperate power source for the digital camera section to enable flash.

In all honesty if you don't mind a small screen then go for the 6230i and if you want the bigger screen go for the 6630. Both these phone are really wonderful. Just be sure you buy the original and look for the original seal for a great quality buy.
