Personally I don't think it's wise to exercise when you have a cold. Your body is already stressed and trying to fight off an infection so by exercising you're givng it more work to do and you will end up prolonging your cold. I am an ME/CFS sufferer and this illness is to do with a stressed immune system that no longer functions properly. Not saying this will happen to you but it's important to take on board that exercise on top of illness is not good. You feel poorly because you body needs you to rest so it can get on with fighting the virus.

Of course you are allowed...

If you do though you will be lowering your immune system and opening your self to making the ilness worse.
Your body needs to rest to fight the disease and use its full power on the fight.

Its not advisable as your giving your body too much work to do in one day.

No, I wouldn't advise it.

You are sick, which means that your body is run down, and needs time to rest and recover.

If you were to do anything strenuous at the moment, it would just be far too much for your body to handle, and you would do nothing more than exhaust yourself further.

Rest, relax, and drink heaps of water...

if your up to it i supose, but if you have a cold / flu it is usually better to drink water/juice, rest and paracetamol. But listen to your body, if its not up to it, dont do it, just for now.
