Long neck
That's great...sometimes the best present that we can give is to ourselves. Just the chance to change our lives (and those around us) for the better

Grandpaf, well done for seeing through the Xmas thing and putting your finger straight on the pulse

Presents were much better when we were children...but hey. they didn't have to be expensive.

Do you think that it's the adults who feel the need to spend so much money

Sorry, BUT, John Trent you are sadly misguided.....

X-MAS is all about Presents!!!!!! Thats why its X-MAS!!!

I think you are referring to something called CHRISTMAS, an out dated concept involving a baby and an *** or something, i forget, i read alternative fiction these days.

And to answer the question

A BMX with pegs n everything :) Presents are so much better when you are young.

PART 2

Its all relative really, whats expensive to some, isn't to others. I have always gone with my guts when it comes to presents. Sit down and think about the person you are buying for. "Thoughtful" presents tend to make the best ones, no matter the cost involved.

When I was really young, my family didn't have a lot of money to spend on gifts and my godparents bought me a brand new BMX. I loved it and in kept me ammused and on the streets for several years after that. Also made me many new friends in the neighbour hood. Now I get expensive gifts and they dont mean as much.

I would consider my greatest Christmas present was 15 years ago when I got over my addiction to drugs and was able to spend Christmas with my kids after not seeing them for years.
