i want a bsnl kolkata prepaid simcard with my jharkhand i proof and address proof. how can i get that?

If you have no proof of address of the
state, where you propose to get the SIM,
you will be refused straight away. This is
because, there were bogus persons
with extrimist links, had obtained SIM
cards on false addresses.
Please approach your relatives
in Kolkata, who have a proof of
their residence and let them get
the SIM of Kolkata and you may
use them, if the Law permits. BSNL
may tell about the laws.
Alternatively, get a roaming SIM from
Jharkhand, hastlefree.

Its very simple. Do you have anybody in Kolkata? Ask your relative to get that for you. Or own a house here!!
