None of them win the title of overal SCUM they are all equal i'm afraid
My Ex solicitor - dirty no good ......
My Ex husband - owes a small fortune of maintenance, and doesn't see his children. He would rather be bringing up someone elses kids in his new marriage.
The Government - For not bothering to get this money from my ex and for shafting my kids.
The bloke that lives opposite me - He went to work once and decided it wasn't for him, so poncies off the state. Him, his bird and baby!
Oh and this bloke i started to see, but he forgot he had a girlfriend

No, I can not.
There may be some people whom I would have a hard time associating with, but other than that, I don't know of any one person that I would classify as a "scum".
Undesirables, maybe, but no one deserves the term "scum".
Everyone has value in thier own way. You can learn from each person. Though, somethings you would not be advised to utilize, as it would be unhealthy or unlawful, but, each person has value.
Even low lifes still have a value to mankind. (Though, some are put there as a lesson, to be learned from, I believe)...
Remember, if you are ready to "classify" some one as "scum", then the next person may have you in mind for that classification too! We cant all satisfy everyone, and there is always some one who wont like you or me, and there is nothing we can do about it.

Yes.
Too many to list. Well known ones include Pete Docherty and Jeffrey Archer. However by far and away the worst are those that make other peooples lives hell. I'm thinking of the scum that terrorises some housing estates. One example was a group of chavs from a town near me. They terrorise the people on the estate where they live and when one woman stood up to them they treatened to burn her house down, rape her young daughter and kill her. She has been broken into several times now, her car vandalised and bricks thrown through her window. These people are lower down the evolutionary chain than pond life and deserve to be kicked to death.
Scum would also include any leader of a fanatical/fundamentallist religious group and anyone who thinks it is ok to suicide bomb civillians. Oh and animal rights activists who think it is ok to dig up someones dead relative and hold the body hostage.
they should be fu$ked and burned, the lot of them.

If I was to class some one else as scum...then I would be in judgement and projecting it on to them. This would mean I would have to take a long long long look at the face of the 'man in the mirror' that I am standing in front of, he who is without sin cast the first stone.
