Cocain worked for me in my younger years. However, this is not recomended. Along with weight you'll lose, money, family, friends,and general control. I have since gotten much healthier (thank you US ARMY) and I find that unless you're blessed with a high matabilism, healthy eating and excercise is the only way. Also check on a perscription drug called Phintermine. My sister-in-law took it after she could'nt lose her pregnancy weight. The fat almost litteraly fell of within a month or so. It was seriously amazing. But I would only suggest this if you really are overweight. And you have consulted a doctor.

Cutting off your arms and legs will definitely do the trick. But a terminal cancer almost always get the best result to lose weight.

If the 2 options above doesn't appeal to you my friend, the bottomline is, you don't lose weight if you don't combine excercise and healthy meals. Make some lifestyle changes.

Whatever the case, skinny or chubby, as long as you are healthy, it's ok.
