Well i was taught( coming from a southern baptist background)
that when yopur right foot itches at the bottom that it is ment that you will walk on strange land, when the left one itches you will walk into a strange place. Both meaning go some place where you've never been before.
i hope this helped,
K.

As I take it it could mean:
Well it means your foot wants to be in a new shoe! SHOE SHOPPING!!! = New shoes in your future!
or
something is troubling you, not feeling right (right foot involved) about a cause that happened a while back ago. Not sure how to deal with it. Feeling awkard, a life situation is expected of you. Unexpected about to happen.
Left foot itch: You knew you could of done better on a test/quiz, but you did less. Like got a C instead of a B grade. Your about to take a life grant with a grain of salt. You will learn from an experience the right way and the wrong way of doing things/everyday life situation.

Well it could mean that you will walk new ground. However, it may mean that you have a bacteria on your foot or a rash. If it does not stop I would check it out.

From your excellent description this does sound like some form of eczema or dermatitis (they both mean the same thing, 'inflamed skin').
It is possible to develop inflammatory skin as a reaction to some direct contact with certain types of footwear, particularly leather shoes or azo dyes in nylon socks. This is one form of contact dermatitis and it tends to cause an inflamed and itchy rash that blisters.
Ordinary eczema can affect the feet too. The treatment is the same for both conditions, but ordinary eczema does not carry quite the same implications for your retail habits!
Generally speaking, all forms of eczema or dermatitis will respond to steroid creams or ointments. Antihistamine treatments for eczema may help with the itching.
If there is doubt about the cause of your inflamed skin, it is possible to arrange patch testing to see if you react to those substances that are known to cause problems in some unlucky folk.
