I don't know which is worse, the fact that you asked such a question, or the fact that I am attempting to answer it.
A "normal" male midget tops out at 4' 10". There are, however, rare cases of "giant midgets" which can grow to 6 feet tall. These go mostly unnoticed because they look just like any other 6' tall person.

midget can never be tall. they have som special features typical of them, so even if somone is bit tall he can b a midget wit those features and even if he a very short without the typical features he can never be a midget.
